CARE AND SHARE FOOD SUNDAYS
Care and Share food donations have a long history here at St. Joseph Church. Each Sunday, parishioners are invited to donate food for the poor in our area, or to make a financial contribution toward this ministry. Food is stocked in the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry parish center. Members of St. Vincent de Paul deliver food to those in need. During 2011, St. Joe delivered 14,847 pounds of food and non-food items to 225 households in our boundaries. That’s over 7 tons!
